Bean Dish


  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped scallions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ of an avocado
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup kidney beans, or other beans of choice

Saute scallions, garlic, and onion in olive oil. Add beans. Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro and avocado. Serves 1.
