While using a range of massage techniques, the basis of all of Aaron’s treatments is primarily Myofascial Release. He is continually educating himself to evolve his practice – the most recent course he took involves working with breast cancer patients in regards to post-mast/lumpectomy adhesions.

When not working, you can probably find him trying to mountain bike, snowboard, or hiking trails with his wife, daughter and dogs! It is with great pleasure that Aaron am returning to practice here at Vitality clinic - he always welcome new and returning patients!
