Neil Lonzon, Personal Trainer (B.C.R.P.A, Sports Science Diploma)



At an early age, Neil made sports and fitness a major role in his life.  His passion for sports lead him towards scholarships in both basketball and volleyball out of Trinity Western University.  He has been actively involved in personal training and in the health and fitness industry for over 12 years.  His personal and professional involvement with sports and health and fitness has afforded him the opportunity to work with a wide variety of individuals, from elite athletes to everyday beginners.  Neil specializes in functional training, which is designed to help compliment the actual activities you perform on a daily basis.  His training style integrates an innovative balance of strength training, cardiovascular training, core development and conditioning, and sports-specific conditioning.  You can count on each personal training session to be different, challenging, and most importantly, fun!
